Return & Exchange Policy

At Sunday Lane Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help! Please review our return and exchange policy below.


Returns:

  • We accept returns within  14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be issued.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receiving the order.

Return & Exchange Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at sundaylaneboutique1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.
  3. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return or exchange within 3 business days.
  4. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card provider.
